The British Pullman primarily departs from London Victoria Station. Its dedicated reception area is located near Platform 2.

The Historic Bath journey is scheduled to depart at 9:40 am.
The final departure time is usually confirmed by email approximately five days before travel. Guests are advised to arrive at London Victoria Station ahead of the confirmed departure time to allow sufficient time for check-in and the pre-boarding welcome drink.

有的，車上建議穿著優雅得體的正式休閒服裝；晚間餐飲行程可選擇較為隆重的穿著。
請避免牛仔服飾、運動鞋、棒球帽、無領上衣及短褲。

3. 車上有服裝規定嗎？

Yes. Guests are encouraged to wear elegant smart-casual attire on board, while more formal dress may be preferred for evening dining journeys.
Please avoid denim, trainers, baseball caps, collarless shirts and shorts.

3. Is there a dress code on board?

由於行程為當日來回，建議輕裝登車。
車上可收納一件約航空手提行李尺寸的小型行李，登車後可交由列車管家存放；大型行李不建議攜帶上車。

4. 車上有行李限制嗎？

As this is a same-day return journey, guests are advised to travel light.
One small bag, approximately the size of standard airline carry-on luggage, may be brought on board and handed to the train steward for storage. Larger luggage is not recommended.

The British Pullman primarily operates same-day return journeys and does not include overnight accommodation on board.

5. Does the journey include an overnight stay on board?

素食、食物過敏或其他飲食需求，建議於預訂時一併提出，並最遲於出發前 14 天提供完整資訊，列車會盡力配合。
但無法供應製作過程須嚴格遵循宗教規範的餐點（例如符合清真食品認證的餐食等）。

6. 有餐忌的話，車上餐飲可以配合嗎？

Vegetarian meals, food allergies and other dietary requirements should be advised at the time of booking, with full details provided no later than 14 days before departure. The culinary team will make every effort to accommodate these requests.
However, meals requiring strict preparation in accordance with religious guidelines, such as certified halal meals, cannot be provided.

6. Can dietary requirements be accommodated on board?

7. 列車上有兩人桌以外的座位選擇嗎？

Yes. The standard carriages offer tables for one, two, three and four guests. Your preferred table configuration can be confirmed at the time of booking.

如預訂一般車廂，實際入座車廂及座位位置則以列車最終安排為準，無法提前指定或保證。
如希望搭乘由 Wes Anderson 設計的 Cygnus 車廂，可於預訂當下加價保證入座。

For bookings in the standard carriages, the final carriage and seat allocation will be determined by the train operator and cannot be selected or guaranteed in advance.
Guests wishing to travel in the Cygnus carriage, designed by Wes Anderson, may pay an additional supplement at the time of booking to guarantee seating in this carriage.

8. Can I request a specific carriage?

歷史名城巴斯之旅的下車時間為自由遊覽，不會有導遊。
如您希望於巴斯安排私人遊覽行程，可額外加購，費用將根據人數、季節與行程內容有所不同。

9. 下車導覽行程會有導遊嗎？

No. The Historic Bath journey includes free time to explore the city independently and does not include a guide.
A private sightseeing tour in Bath may be arranged at an additional cost. Pricing varies according to group size, season and the selected itinerary.

9. Is a guided tour included during the stop in Bath?

可以，但 5 歲以下兒童僅能安排在最多容納 4 人的私人包廂座位（Pullman Coupé）中。
由於不列顛普爾曼號的旅程時間較長，且車上體驗以餐飲與靜態乘車為主，兒童需有較長時間留在座位上。建議家長於預訂前評估孩子的年齡與乘車耐受度，以確保全家都能舒適享受旅程。

10. 可以帶小孩上車嗎？

Yes. However, children under the age of five can only be accommodated in a private Pullman Coupé seating up to four guests.
As British Pullman journeys can be relatively long and the onboard experience centres mainly around dining and seated travel, children will need to remain at the table for extended periods. Parents are encouraged to consider their child’s age and comfort with longer journeys before booking, to ensure an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

10. Can children travel on board?

可以，不過由於不列顛普爾曼號由歷史車廂修復而成，車門與通道空間有限，輪椅無法直接推入車廂內。
行動較為不便的旅客需能在陪同或工作人員協助下，自行上下列車階梯並移動至座位；可折疊式輪椅則可存放於車廂前室。

11. 行動不便可以搭乘嗎？

Yes. However, as the British Pullman is composed of restored historic carriages, the doorways and corridors are narrow, and wheelchairs cannot be taken directly into the passenger compartments.
Guests with limited mobility must be able to board and alight via the train steps, with assistance from a companion or member of staff, and move to their seat. Foldable wheelchairs may be stored in the carriage vestibule.
We recommend providing details of the guest’s mobility and assistance requirements before booking, so the arrangements can be reviewed and confirmed in advance.

11. Can guests with limited mobility travel on board?
