Within 10 days before departure: a fixed cancellation fee of TWD 10,000 plus 100% of the total package cost

5. What is the cancellation Policy?

出發前45天以上：收取固定取消費用10,000台幣
出發前44天至30天：收取固定取消費用10,000台幣 + 行程總額的10%費用
出發前29天至11天：收取固定取消費用10,000台幣 + 行程總額的50%費用
出發前10天內：收取固定取消費用10,000台幣 + 行程總額的100%費用
上述取消費用為一筆固定收費，適用於任一人數組合，並不依取消人數增減

Yes, flight changes are subject to manual service and airline change fees. For hotel amendments, please contact our travel consultants

*Credits can be utilized across all outlets, including in-room dining, but exclude Medical Wellness by Hertitude Clinic and Aman Essentials

Rooms at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children; if this occupancy is exceeded, the quote will include the cost of booking an additional room

13.	Can the number of travelers exceeds or falls below two?
